How to Apply or Enrol Online

Beginning your study at WAES is easy. Please do try to apply online but if you are unable to do so for any reason, you can visit one of our WAES centres, where our team will be able to assist you in-person.

Step 1:

Take a look through our course offering to view all the details including course content, dates, times and venues.

Step 2:

On each course page, you can choose the date and time that best suits you under ‘Available Dates’, and press ‘Apply for this course’ to add the course to your basket. Some courses allow you to enrol directly, for example short courses or those where up-front fees are required, in which case press ‘Enrol on this course’.

When you have added your courses, press ‘Apply Now’ or ‘Enrol Now’ from the basket, and you will then be taken to our online application portal.

Step 3:

On the online application portal, you will need to have an account.

  • If you are completely new to WAES, press ‘Create An Account’ and fill in the required information.
  • If you have applied or studied with us before, press ‘Sign In’ and use the login details you created previously – if you cannot remember your password there is a ‘Forgot Password?’ option, as long as you are still using the same personal email address you used to set up the account.
  • If you are currently studying at WAES or have only finished your course in the last few months, you may be able to sign in using your WAES Microsoft account by pressing ‘Current Learner’.

Once logged in, the system will then take you through a series of steps so that you can complete your application and book an Interview, if applicable.

If you are a new learner at WAES, you will need to provide your ID and the certificates of your highest level qualifications. For a qualification course, where applicable, you will also have to provide proof of benefits or proof of low income, dated within the last 3 months.

You can also access the application system/enrolment portal by clicking on waesportal.waes.ac.uk and logging in. There is a facility to search for the course you would like to enrol on and you can start an application or come back to an application you have already started by logging in to the portal.

For more detail, you can view our admissions policy.
