Our Level 3 Distance Learning courses are available to learners living in Greater London who are unemployed, on means-tested benefits, or earning below the London Living Wage which is £27,007.50 per year as of 23 October 2024.

The purpose of the NCFE Level 3 in Coding Practices is to provide learners with sector awareness. It will provide the learner with a chance to develop knowledge and skills relating to coding practices with the view to seeking employment or proceeding to further study in this area. This qualification is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of coding.

Learners will develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of autism, which could support progression onto appropriate qualifications, and into relevant employment such as in the Health and Social Care sector.

This qualification is designed to increase learners' knowledge and understanding of mental health and mental well-being. Successful completion of the required units will allow the learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of mental health. It will also support learner progression into relevant employment within the Health and Social Care sector.

The purpose of this qualification is to increase learners’ awareness and understanding of diabetes. By completing the qualification, learners will develop in-depth knowledge of diabetes which could support progression onto appropriate qualifications and into relevant employment, in the Health and Social care sector. The objectives of this qualification are to gain knowledge and understanding of diabetes including: the types, causes, signs and symptoms of diabetes; anatomy and physiology; the impact of diabetes on individuals, others and society; the treatment and management of diabetes.

This qualification aims to provide learners with in-depth knowledge of the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work and the approaches that underpin the use of these skills. This qualification is ideal for those seeking to enhance their functional role through the use of counselling skills. Learners will gain an understanding of a range of counselling skills and have the opportunity to examine some of the various schools of thought/theoretical models associated with them.
