Level 1 in Solar Photovoltaic aims to provide you with a foundational understanding of solar energy, the environmental benefits, its application and its potential of transforming the solar energy into electricity. As the demand for sustainable energy grows, understanding solar energy and solar systems is extremely important in order to contribute to a sustainable future that is powered by the sun.

This course is designed for learners who wants to acquire a foundational knowledge in the construction industry and are looking to move into domestic retrofit activities. If you want to learn how to improve the energy efficiency of the UK existing homes and you are interested in pursuing a career in the domestic retrofit industry, property maintenance or energy consultancy then this course is for you.

These 12 weeks bootcamp is designed to qualify you with the key skills that will help you to start your career in domestic retrofit industry. As a Retrofit Assessor and Energy Assessment Specialist you will be playing a crucial role, especially in retrofitting old and traditional buildings so they can meet the modern energy standards.

This qualification is suitable for anyone who is interested in changing career or creating new careers opportunities in construction that will contribute to a sustainable planet for our present and future generations.
